Schlouch Named for Site Work for Sand Springs Phase 6A & 6B-C

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2020 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Sand Springs Development Corporation to prepare the 28.2-acre site for 101 single-family and multi-family units at Sand Springs Phase 6A & 6B-C. The residential project being developed by Tuskes Homes is located in Butler Township, Luzerne County.
Schlouch is providing rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, paving and seeding.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller III is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in spring 2021.
