The site is located at Martha Drive and Lancaster Avenue in Bethel Township, Berks County, PA. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, retaining walls, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding. The owner/developer is NorthPoint Development.

Hamburg Commerce Park- Schlouch designed and built the 201 acre site consisting of 4 buildings totaling 2.1 million square feet on Zions Church Road, Perry and Windsor Townships, Berks County, PA. Schlouch provided clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding.

Berks Park 183: Suncap- Schlouch Incorporated prepared a 42.0-acre site for the Berks Park 183: SunCap project, located on Aviation Road, Bern Township, Berks County, PA. The commercial site consisted of a 250,955 s.f. warehouse for a package distribution facility. Schlouch provided clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, underground basins, water line installation, curbs and paving.
