Prepare site for 837-unit apartment complex on Freemansburg Road located in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Schlouch provided services to KRE Group on the project.

Wolf's Run - Phase 1

Client: Wolf’s Run Land, LLC

Wolf’s Run- Phase 1- Schlouch Incorporated prepared a 61.61-acre site for The Villages at Wolf’s Run – Phase 1. The residential development consisted of 103 townhouse units. The site is located off Van Buren Road at Stephanie and Scotty Drive, in Palmer Township, Northampton County, PA. Schlouch provided earthwork, drainage systems, sanitary, storm, and water main installation, curb installation and paving.

Hamilton Walk

Client: D. R. Horton

Schlouch Incorporated prepared site for the Hamilton Walk project. Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc. is developing the three phase active adult community on the 108.04-acre site. Schlouch provided clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding.
