Schlouch Will Prepare Site for Stafy Tract II

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2020 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Mikelen, LLC to prepare the 7.29-acre site for Stafy Tract II, a residential community consisting of 14 single-family homes. The project is being developed by DelGrippo Builders and is located on Smith Road, Gilbertsville, Douglass Township, Montgomery County, PA.
Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding.
Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller, III is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in winter 2020.
