Schlouch Performs Hop Work at Sand Springs

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2020 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Sand Springs Development Corporation to perform HOP work. Reconstruction work will take place on S.R. 309 and Old Turnpike Road located in Butler Township, Luzerne County.
Schlouch is providing drainage systems, storm sewer installation, paving and traffic signalization.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller III is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in spring 2021.
