Inspiring the Next Generation Through Adventure Day

Schlouch Incorporated is proud to share WFMZ’s coverage of Adventure Day, a summer gathering that introduced children and families to construction through hands-on experiences with our team.

Created for Schlouch employees and their families, Adventure Day gave children an opportunity to learn about the work their parents and family members do every day. From equipment buddy rides with trained operators to pipe installation activities and excavation projects, the day brought construction to life through learning, teamwork, and fun.

Sharing Our Work and Our Values

Safety was part of every experience. The day began with a safety huddle and personal protective equipment demonstration, followed by safety talks at each activity station. Employees and volunteers helped guide families throughout the day, sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for our industry.

Thank you to our employees, volunteers, sponsors, and equipment partners for helping make Adventure Day possible. Their support created an opportunity for families to connect, learn together, and experience the pride our team takes in its work.
