Schlouch Prepares Site for Hidden Meadows Phase 2

BLANDON, PA, May 15, 2021 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Sunshine Two, LTD to provide site preparation for Hidden Meadows Phase 2 featuring 90 townhouse units. Sal Lapio Homes is developer of the residential project located off Rockrose Lane, Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA.
Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Schlouch previously completed Phases 1A, 1B and 1C.
Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Chris Leister is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in the Summer 2021.
