Schlouch Named to Prepare Site for Hogan Learning Academy Phase 1

BLANDON, PA, May 15, 2021 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by D&S Elite Construction, Inc. to prepare a 1-acre site for the Hogan Learning Academy Phase 1 project. The site is located on Lyons Road in Rockland Township, Berks County, PA.
Schlouch is providing stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, storm sewer, paving of new parking lot addition and re-paving of east parking lot.
Rich P. Witwer is Schlouch’s coordinator and Steve Nester is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in Summer 2021.
