Schlouch Prepares Site For Heller Road Warehouse

BLANDON, PA, September 15, 2023 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Heller Road Associates, LLC to provide Design/Build services and perform sitework preparation on the 7.98-acre site for the Heller Road Industrial Warehouse project. The site, consisting of a 100,984 square foot warehouse building, is located on Heller Road in Richland Township, Bucks County, PA.
Schlouch is providing survey stakeout, sediment and erosion control, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, retaining walls, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding.
Doug Gable is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Steve Billman is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in spring 2024.
