Schlouch Named To Prepare Site For Gic Lehigh Valley

BLANDON, PA, September 15, 2023 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Blue Rock Construction, Inc. to perform sitework preparation on the 17.39-acre site for the GIC Lehigh Valley project. The site, consisting of a 266,190 square foot warehouse facility, is located on Richmond Road, Forks Township, Northampton County, PA.
Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Don Durkin is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in fall 2023.
