Schlouch Named To Prepare Site For High Point Racquet Club

BLANDON, PA, September 15, 2023 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Foxlane Homes at Highpoint, LLC to prepare the 33.12-acre site for the High Point Racquet Club project. The site will consist of twenty-eight (28) twin homes, forty-eight (48) 2-story townhomes and sixty-one (61) 3-story townhomes. The project is located in New Britain Township, Bucks County, PA.
Schlouch is providing earthwork, drainage systems, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding.
Doug Gable is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Taylor Noggle is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in.
