Schlouch Named To Prepare Site For Endurance Berks Park 183

BLANDON, PA, September 15, 2023 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by ARCO Design/Build Philadelphia, a division of ARCO DB Companies, Inc., to perform sitework preparation for the Endurance Berks Park 183 project. The owner is Aviation 183 Property, LLC. The 22.0-acre site, consisting of a 234,880 square foot speculative warehouse facility, is located on Aviation Road – Lot H, Reading, Bern Township, Berks County, PA.
Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, retaining walls and basin conversions.
Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Don Durkin is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in spring 2024.
