Schlouch Named To Prepare Site For Copper Ridge Estates

BLANDON, PA, September 15, 2023 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Forino Co., LP to prepare the site for the Copper Ridge Estates – Phase 1 and HOP Improvements project. The 76.167-acre site will consist of forty-four single-family homes and seventy-eight townhouses located off Centre Turnpike in West Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County, PA.
Schlouch is providing sediment and erosion control, clearing, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, and paving.
Derek Bainbridge is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Steve Billman is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in summer 2024.
