Schlouch Named For Site Work For Sand Springs Phase 5C

BLANDON, PA, September 15, 2023 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Sand Springs Development Corporation to provide site preparation of forty-six (46) twin units on the 8.4-acre site for Sand Springs Phase 5C. Tuskes Homes is the developer of the project. The site is located in Butler Township, Luzerne County.
Schlouch is providing earthwork, drainage systems, sanitary, storm, and water main installation, grading for water runoff, and paving.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller III is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in fall 2023.
