Schlouch Named For Site Work For Ridge Farms Phase 1A

BLANDON, PA, September 15, 2023 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Kay Walbert,LLC to prepare site for a Medical Office Building, two (2) Restaurant Pads and associated parking on the 123.014-acre site for Ridge Farms Phase 1A project. Kay Builders, Inc. is the developer of the project. The site is located off Cedar Crest Boulevard and Walbert Avenue in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, PA.
Schlouch is providing earthwork, drainage systems, sanitary, storm, and water main installation, grading for water runoff, pad grading, curb and paving.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller III is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in summer 2024.
