Schlouch Chosen to Prepare Site in Ontelaunee Township, Berks County

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2020 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Forino Company to perform sitework services for McIntosh Farms. The 100+ acre site will consist of a residential housing subdivision located on Adams Road in Ontelaunee Township, Berks County, PA.
Schlouch is providing sediment/erosion control, clearing, grubbing, earthwork, building pads, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, paving and seeding.
Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Steve Billman is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in fall 2020.
