Schlouch Named to Prepare Site for North Point: Bethel

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2020 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Blue Rock Construction, Inc. to perform sitework on the 72.33-acre site for North Point: Bethel. The project consists of a 1,011,719 square foot warehouse. The site is located at Martha Drive and Lancaster Avenue in Bethel Township, Berks County, PA. The owner/developer is NorthPoint Development.
Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, retaining walls, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding.
Derek Bainbridge is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Donald Durkin, Jr. is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in summer 2021.
