Schlouch Named To Prepare Site For I-80-380 Logistics Center, Mount Pocono

Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC) to prepare a 62.4-acre commercial site. I-80-380 Logistics Center, conveniently situated 4 minutes from I-380, 8 minutes from I-80 and 23 minutes from I-476, will consist of a 749,736 s.f. state-of-the art, Class A logistics facility with ample car and trailer parking lots. The site is located in Coolbaugh Township and Mount Pocono Borough, Monroe County, PA.
Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, earthwork, rock removal, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Steve Billman is project manager/estimator. Work is scheduled to be completed in summer 2021.
