Schlouch Will Prepare the Site for Blue Barn Meadows Phase 3

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2020 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Posocco Properties to handle site preparation for Blue Barn Meadows Phase 3. The 41.67-acre residential development will feature 69 townhouses. The project is located on Blue Barn Road, South Whitehall Township and Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA.
Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller, III is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in spring 2021.
