Schlouch Provides Road Work Services for Elverson Borough

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2022 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Elverson Borough to handle its Park Avenue Rehabilitation project located in Chester County, PA. Schlouch provided milling, paving and line painting.
Glen Powell is Schlouch’s paving coordinator and John Reinhart is project manager/estimator. Work was completed in fall 2022.
