Schlouch Prepares Site for Parkland Crossing

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2022 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by D.R. Horton to provide site preparation for the 27.93-acre Parkland Crossing project. The residential project will feature 144 townhouse units. The site is located at the intersection of Hamilton Boulevard and Weilers Road in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA.
Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary, storm and water main installation, retaining walls, curbs and paving.
Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Chris Leister is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in summer 2023.
