Schlouch Named to Prepare Site for Mount Pocono Crossings

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2022 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Blue Rock Construction, Inc. to perform sitework preparation on the 86.0-acre site for the Mount Pocono Crossings project. The site, consisting of a 1,195,880 square foot warehouse distribution facility and roadway, is located in Mount Pocono Borough, Monroe County, PA. The owner/developer is CP Mt. Pocono LLC.
Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding.
Nate Carpenter is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Don Durkin is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in spring 2024.
