Schlouch Named For Site Work For Huganir Property

BLANDON, PA, June 15, 2024 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Arden Reserve to provide site preparation on an 18.60-acre site for the Huganir Property project. The project consists of eight single-family homes. DelGrippo Enterprises is the developer of the project. The site is located on Artmar Road in Worcester Township, Montgomery County, PA.
Schlouch provided earthwork, drainage systems, sanitary, storm, and water main installation, grading for water runoff, and erosion control, E&S b.m.p, pad grading, curb installation and paving.
Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller III is project manager/estimator. Work was completed in spring 2024.
