Schlouch Chosen to Prepare Site for Mcintosh Farms II

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2021 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Forino Company to prepare the 100+-acre site for McIntosh Farms II. The residential development will consist of 150 single family and semi-detached dwellings located in Ontelaunee Township, Berks County, PA.
Schlouch is providing sediment/erosion control, clearing, grubbing, earthwork, building pads, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, paving and seeding.
Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Steve Billman is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in summer 2022.
