Schlouch Named To Prepare Site For Mrp-Park 33 At Lehigh Valley East

BLANDON, PA, September 15, 2023 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Penntex Construction Co., Inc. to provide site preparation on the 51.0-acre site for the MRP – Park 33 at Lehigh Valley East project. The developer is CLPF MRPI Nazareth LLC. The site will consist of two (2) new warehouse/distribution centers totaling approximately 645,460 square feet of gross floor area, construction of two (2) access driveways, truck courts and employee parking areas. The project is located at the intersection of Van Buren Road and Main Street in Palmer Township, Northampton County, PA.
Schlouch is providing earthwork, sediment and erosion control, drainage systems, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, pad grading, curbs, and paving.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and John Reinhart is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in fall 2024.
