Schlouch Prepares Site for the Towns at South Mountain

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2020 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Forino Company to prepare the 9.84-acre site for The Towns at South Mountain. The project, located at Arch and Tilghman Streets in Emmaus Borough, Lehigh County, PA, will consist of 49 townhomes.
Schlouch will provide sediment/erosion control, clearing, grubbing, earthwork, building pads, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding.
Derek Bainbridge is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Steve Billman is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in summer 2021.
