Schlouch Prepares Site for Lehigh Hills Apartments

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2020 – Schlouch Incorporated was selected by TG Construction Enterprises to prepare the 51.05-acre site located in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA. The residential development will consist of 273 apartments.
Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding.
Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Chris Leister is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in summer 2021.
