Schlouch Named for Site Work for RC Weaver Property (Ashford)

BLANDON, PA, May 15, 2021 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Rouse Chamberlin Ltd. to prepare the 17.94-acre site for RC Weaver Property (Ashford). The development will consist of 15 single-family homes. The residential project is located on Linfield Trappe Road, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA.
Schlouch is providing erosion control, sanitary and water main installation, curb and paving.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller III is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in Summer 2021.
