Schlouch Named for Site Work for Copperleaf Ridge – Phase 1

BLANDON, PA, November 15, 2024 – Schlouch Incorporated was chosen by Terralead LLC
to provide site preparation on the 24.86-acre site for the Copperleaf Ridge – Phase 1 project. The project consists of 57 townhouses. The site is located on Bancroft Road in New Garden Township, Chester County, Kennett Square, PA.
Schlouch provided sanitary, storm, and water main installation, grading for water runoff, and erosion control, E&S b.m.p., curb installation and paving.
Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller III is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in summer 2025.
