To further support women in construction, Schlouch hosted an event for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) South Central PA Chapter #386.
About NAWIC
Chartered in 2019, the NAWIC South Central PA Chapter aims to create a space where women across all sectors of the construction industry can connect, learn, and lead. This vibrant network includes professionals from the field to the boardroom, from design to development. The chapter is deeply rooted in community involvement, professional development, and celebrating the achievements of women shaping South Central Pennsylvania’s built environment.
Event Details
Stayce Rowlands from Schlouch Incorporated hosted a “Coffee & Convo” site visit. This event featured a fantastic opportunity for women in the industry to meet, network, and exchange ideas about the local construction landscape on an active warehouse construction site.
Schlouch’s goal was to provide a deeper education on their safety culture, see their Schlouch professionals build site work and demonstrate our safety in action! They also aimed to build meaningful connections, gain fresh insights, and become part of a supportive community dedicated to mutual success.
