BLANDON, PA, December 16, 2003 — Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Jack Calahan Inc. of Doylestown to prepare the site for The Preserve at Mitman and Old Mill Roads in Forks Township, Northampton County. The Preserve will have 65 single-family home sites.
Schlouch is handling clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line, sediment/erosion control, roads, building pads, curbing, paving, seeding, install pvc basin liner, electric trenching and crossings, bike path and box culvert. Work will be completed by Fall 2004. Ron Gerber is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Frank Daddona, Jr. is project coordinator/estimator.
