SCHLOUCH WILL PREPARE SITE FOR NORTHWYN COURT APPARTMENTS

BLANDON, PA, September 2, 2015 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Hankin Commercial Construction, Ltd. to prepare a 5.8-acre site for the 20-unit Northwyn Court Apartments at 803 East Boot Road, West Chester, West Whiteland Township, Chester County, PA.
Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs and paving.
Derek Bainbridge is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Mike Laudermilch is project manager/estimator. Work will be completed in Spring 2016.
