BLANDON, PA, May 8, 2001 — Schlouch Incorporated has received a contract to provide sitework for the Village of Caramoor, a 47-acre mixed use project in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County. The contract was awarded by Barness Organization, Warrington, Ashley Development Corporation, Bethlehem, and Markward Group, Allentown.
The Village of Caramoor will have 114 single family units and seven commercial lots with frontage on Route 100. Schlouch will provide extensive widening of Willow Lane, a new intersection on the Route 100 frontage, and construction of two permanent “wet” ponds with large retaining walls.
Site coordinator for the project is Larry Zimmerman and Steve Schaffer is project coordinator/estimator.
