SCHLOUCH CHOSEN TO PREPARE SITE FOR HUNTER’S HOLLOW RESIDENTIAL

BLANDON, PA, June 23, 2004 — Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Anthony Builders, Inc. of Freemansburg, PA to prepare the site for Hunter’s Hollow, a seven-lot residential community on Farmersville Road and Hunter Street, Bethlehem Township, Northampton County.
Schlouch is handling clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line, sediment/erosion control, roads, concrete, curbing, paving and seeding. Schlouch will also install a 20 mil PVC basin liner, install a split rail fence at the basin and widen Farmersville Road. Work will be completed by August 2004. Jeremy Keener is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Frank Daddona Jr. is project coordinator/estimator.
