BLANDON, PA, July 28, 2010 — Schlouch Incorporated has been named by D’Arcangelo Builders, Inc. to handle site preparation for a 12-lot cul-de-sac residential subdivision on 6.88 acres in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA. Schlouch is providing earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line, sediment/erosion control, road widening, curbs and paving. Work will be completed by December 2010.
