SCHLOUCH IS PREPARING SITE FOR UGLY MUG SUBDIVISION
07/26/10

BLANDON, PA, July 26, 2010 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Timothy DiNoto for site preparation for restaurant renovations and expansion at the Ugly Mug Subdivision Phase 3. The 3.7-acre site is in Douglassville, Union Township, Berks County, PA.

Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, earthwork, storm sewer, sediment and erosion control, paving and landscaping. As part of the work Schlouch has relocated a portion of the Schuylkill River Trail, and installed erosion and sediment controls which will also be used by Union Township as part of their new road construction to the proposed township maintenance building.

Dean Nicholas is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Bob Bergen is project coordinator/estimator. Work will be completed by Summer 2010.
