BLANDON, PA, June 25, 2010 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Taylor Associates L.P. to prepare the site for Taylor Commons, Walmart Super Center and 125,000 sf of small shops. The 72-acre site is located in Taylor, Lackawanna County, PA. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, curbs and paving. In addition Schlouch is crushing 32,000 tons of rock from the site for use as a sub base for the Center’s parking lot. Cory Ernst is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Steve Billman is project coordinator/estimator. Work will be completed by Summer 2010.
