BLANDON, PA, June 8, 2010 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Zamias Services Inc. to handle site preparation for WalMart and additional strip stores at Pittston Commons located on 31 acres in Pittston, Luzerne County, PA.

Schlouch is providing sediment/erosion control, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, concrete curb, fence, retaining wall, site lighting, paving and landscaping. In addition, Schlouch will also provide excavation and backfilling for utilities.

Cory Ernst is Schlouch’s site coordinator and John Reinhart is project coordinator/estimator. Work will be completed by Fall 2010.
