BLANDON, PA, May 25, 2010 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by City of Allentown to handle roadway improvements at Hanover Avenue and East Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA. This is a design/build project bid through PennDOT ECMS system. Schlouch is providing detailed plans for construction as well as water main installation, handicap ramps, concrete curb, sidewalk, pavement patching, paving and traffic signal modifications. Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and John Reinhart is project coordinator/estimator. Work will be completed by Fall 2010.
