BLANDON, PA, April 6, 2010 – Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Mulvey Construction, Inc. to prepare a two-acre site on Tilghman Street in the City of Allentown, Lehigh County for a McDonald’s Restaurant. Schlouch is providing demolition, sediment/erosion control, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pad preparation, concrete work on both site and building, curbs and paving. Doug Gable is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Steve Nester is project coordinator/estimator. Work will be completed by June 2010.
